Login to your cPanel account
In the Database section
Click on phpMyAdmin
In the left side of the screen click the expand button to open the database like
Under the cPanel username, you can see the list of all the databases.
Select the appropriate database which you want to import to your PC.
Select the SQL format and then click on the “Go” button.
If you see a green box, this means your database was installed successfully.
