Login to your cPanel account
In the Database section
click on "phpMyAdmin"
In the left side of the screen click the expand button to open the database like
Under the cPanel username, you can see the list of all the databases. Select the appropriate database which you want to export to your PC.
Select the SQL format and then click on the “Go” button.
The SQL file will be downloaded within a few seconds but if it is a big file, it might take a while longer.
